But after being cautioned by the ATC (Air traffic Control) Room, the two Terror suspects were not arrested on their return to the Netherlands because Dutch authorities saw no reason to detain them. What will a law abiding constitutionalist Western country scrupulously respecting human rights to a fault do, if Osama, or Zarqawi falls into their hands. Release him for lack of evidence?
